The mission of our department is to train experts in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, have knowledge of Turkish and world cuisine culture and practices, and realize food production processes within the framework of sustainable environmental awareness and ethical values; knowledge, skills and equipment; To train researchers, leaders and entrepreneurial chefs and professionals.

VISION

The vision of our department is to be the leading Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department by following national and international developments in the field of Gastronomy and providing the integration of applied and theoretical education with sectoral collaborations.
