Live online ‘Turkish Cuisine’ classes to USA
At the online tasting event held within the scope of the Turquality Project, Turkish chefs gave the famous chefs of the USA a recipe for lamb shish, sea bream and bulgur pilaf using Turkish spices. With the Turquality Project, which has been carried out for 2 years with the partnership of 6 food unions within the body of Aegean Exporters' Associations and supported by the Ministry of Trade, the promotion of dried fruit, aquatic products, fruit and vegetable products, olives and olive oil, grains, pulses, oilseeds and non-wood forest products continues in the USA. While Turkish pulses, grains, oil seeds and products were introduced in the previous event, a study was carried out on spices specific to Turkey in the last event.
