1st International Artichoke Festival
The “1st International Artichoke Festival” will be co-organized by Izmir Metropolitan Municipality, Urla Municipality, Izmir University of Economics-Department of Culinary Arts and Management, and people who devote themselves to Urla on 02-03 May 2015. The festival aims to bring leading names of gastronomy and artichoke specialists together, promote olive oil dishes of Aegean Cuisine alongside artichoke, and to help develop gastronomy tourism overall. We will be delighted to see all interested parties at the festival.
