As part of the “Cultural Heritage Talks” organized by the Konak Municipality Directorate for the Protection of Cultural Heritage, Gastronomy Writer, Consultant, and Chef Instructor Ahmet Güzelyağdöken will give a talk entitled “İzmir’s Iconic Flavors and Kemeraltı.”
The event will focus on İzmir’s gastronomic heritage and the role of Kemeraltı in the city’s culture, aiming to raise awareness and provide valuable insights for academics, researchers, and students.
