Announcement on the Uniform, Kitchen Clogs, and Knife Set for Practical Courses

Information regarding the procurement of the kitchen uniform and kitchen clogs to be used in practical courses by students commencing their studies in the Fall Semester of the 2026-2027 academic year, as well as the collection of the knife set provided by the University, is given below.

KITCHEN UNIFORM SET

Students are required to contact the contracted company listed below no later than Friday, 25 September 2026 to provide their uniform measurements, make the payment, and collect their uniform sets.

KNIFE SET

Knife sets are provided to students by the University.

Students are required to collect their knife sets between 21 and 25 September 2026 by contacting the Department’s Purchasing and Administrative Affairs Specialist Mert Bulut and signing for receipt.

Students who are missing any of the required items (kitchen uniform, kitchen clogs, or knife set) will not be permitted to attend practical courses.
